I just wanted to quickly introduce myself while we begin this class. My name is Brock Evans and I am originally from Maryville, Tennessee. In my time at Union I have worn many hats, I have been an undergrad student, student athlete, residential adviser, and football coach in my time here. I currently serve as an admissions counselor for the college while working on my masters.
I am really looking forward to this class. I am the product of the generation that has grown up with technology. I am extremely excited to see where technology moves education in the coming years.

Communication
Communication has changed dramatically over the years, we once use to call people on the phone now we text, video chat, facetime, etc. I have learned a lot from this class and believe it will help me to help my students as well as my children. I have definitely learned things in this class that I would have never learned without it.

CAN'T WAIT
I can't wait until Christmas break is over so that I can incorporate some of the new technology information I have gained into my classroom. I can use the classroom blog to give parents an inside scope into our room. I can also see myself using the podcast on my edmodo account.
