This has been one of my least favorite classes at Union so far, although it is probably one that I have learned the most. I am good with basic technology, but struggle when it starts asking me to download a program and then convert and post..and so on! I guess I just don't have the patience for it. Through this class I realized the work is worth it. The more I create the different types of technology the easier it will get. Our students are so advanced in technology, it is important that I can keep up with them. Another great thing is that the technology introduced to me in this class doesn't involve the school having to purchase anything!
Ashley, I agree that it can be intimidating trying to download and convert. It doesn't always work out the way we want it to the first time. Patience is definatley a requirement with this class. I have struggled on some of the assignments and asked myself if I would ever be able to complete this class. But, in the end I believe it will be worth it.
ReplyDeleteIt has been a challenging class for me also. I actually learned a lot more than the class itself had to offer. I was constantly having to figure out things that were going wrong with my computer every time I downloaded something for an assignment. Just another reminder to myself when it comes to technology, stay caught up or get left behind.
