This is my first blog ever.....Im not sure if I need to click on 'publish' or 'post' when I am done. This is only a test. The reason it has taken me so long to blog is that I could not figure out how to get back here after I signed on. How can we use this in our classrooms?? I bet students would like it.
This was my first time blogging too! I kept posting in the wrong place or something. I am excited to use this in my classroom and share what I am learning with my students. I think kids would love getting to blog on a class blog!

ReplyDeleteThis is my first time blogging, as well! I was relieved to see that so many of us had no experience with it. While posting, I was thinking of ways to use this in my classroom. I can see that a blog would be very beneficial to allow older teachers and students communicate, express their thoughts, struggles, etc. However, as a Kindergarten teacher, I was having a hard time seeing how this could be used in my classroom. Tonight, I was thinking how neat it would be to add a class blog to my class website that would allow parents to post stories of their child, questions about school, successes or struggles of their student, and more! It would be a safe place to communicate and share with other Kindergarten parents that are experiencing the same things! It would also be a great communication tool between teachers and parents for information such as dates, times, and important events and information!
