classchatter.com is an excellent website that allows teachers to set up a homepage for student blogs. I have used it for a couple of years now. My students love it!

Website for activities on the Smartboard

smarttech exchange is an excellent website for teacher created activities and games for all subjects. I am usually able to find an activity that fits my lessons.

Florida Center For Reading Research

www.fcrr.org is a great website for primary teachers. It has many phonics lessons. There are games on there that are very easy to make and not time consuming. Check it out!

Super Teacher Worksheets

If you have not used www.superteacherworksheets.com, then you need to take a look at it. It is a wonderful resource for all academic areas.

Tried to sign into delicious account to link my classroom blog, but won't let me on my computer and the school computers have the sight blocked.  Hmmm.

I am passing this on to other early elementary teachers at my school. I usually have several people ask me questions about some of the sites that I use - this has been a great way to pass on that information in one fail swoop rather than answering several different emails.

Stacks on Delicious.com

I just logged on to delicious.com to check a website I had marked. They have a thing on there called stacks now. It is much more visual, nice way to follow things that are linked together. It is more like pinterest which is very easy to follow. I recommend checking out pinterest also!

Kindergarten Blog Update

So far I have 5 parents who have joined. They are very interested in what the updates are and are commenting back on my posts. I hope to have several more parents join as well.

Lori Rollins' blog

I added something new on my webblog about a prezi. Everyone should try going to www.prezi.com and signing up for this. It is free! And it is a new and unique way to do note taking like a powerpoint.
