Using Screencast in the Classroom

I absolutely hate missing school! It seems as though every time I miss a day, my students lose a day of instruction because they are able to convince a substitute that they don't understand what they are supposed to be doing. While I was creating my Screencast for this course, I thought it would be a perfect way to make sure the excuse "I don't understand" couldn't be used in the classroom. If I leave particular assignments that could cause confusion, I would be able to create a Screencast explaining to students exactly what is expected of them. Students would have to ability to go back and watch the Screencast in case there was any confusion with the assignment. I definitely plan on using this as a beneficial tool especially for when I have to miss a day of school!

  1. I actually like getting paid to do nothing, I rather enjoy riding all day and forgetting to check my email and other things that might fail me for this class. Ha ha.
