Practice Makes Perfect
This has also been such a great refresher when it comes to technology. Though I feel I have heard about a lot of this technology and knew how to use it, I was definitely mistaken. It hold endless possibilities that I am not sure that I have forgotten or just did not know. This is a reminder that when something is not practiced, it can be weakened or lost. Also, to keep up with the ever changing world of technology, I have to make an effort to continually grow in the use of technology and use of new available resources.

I agree that this course has been a great refresher- and in some ways a great way to learn. People automatically assume that since we are young we are able to use technology to its full extent, but sometimes its just as confusing for us as everybody else!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree that when something isn't used a lot it weakens. In the same respect, not using it at all is even worse. As educators we are told to incorporate all these great technology tools into our instruction, yet we aren't really shown in a meaningful way sometimes just how to go about doing that. It can be a bit confusing and even overwhelming at times.
