Screencast
I enjoyed doing the screeencast. I think this will be a very useful tool in my classroom. The only problem I had for this class was trying to keep it under the size limit to submit for the grade. The 5 minute video I tried to submit was over 16 times the limit and the only one that fit in the size category was under a minute long. Did anyone else have this problem? Or can anyone suggest a better way to do the screencast? Also, my laptop mic did not work. Do I need to buy an external mic to get this to work next time?

ReplyDeleteOn my screencast, I concentrated only on making a title slide. That was all I could do in the 5 minute timeframe. I just showed how to layout the design, add graphics, and change font size and locations. It worked well for me.
ReplyDeleteThanks Amanda. I think I saved the file incorrectly. I saved the file on my computer and tried to send it on the link instead of saving it on the website and sending the URL on the link. I know now. I'm glad yours worked and you got the 5 minutes recorded.
