I find it amazing how I can come up with a topic and several questions for the students to answer on the webquest, but then I struggle to find a website that has the answers. I guess I will keep searching or change my question. I am also having a little difficulty keeping my powerpoint under the 1MB submission challenge. Simple pictures and themes are the way to go.
I am having the same issue with the 1k. When I went to send my power point I was over the 1k limit and had to delete much of the material. I ended up using a zip file. I'm afraid this will happen to the webquest I am putting together.

I teach social studies and lots of broad topics. I picked a unit of study and went with that. Ive lookaed and there were several links to go along with my topic which is Ancient Egypt. I broke that down into sub topics and haven't found all the links but I know they are out there. Find links that go directly to the subject matter, not one that makes the students have to keep digging for the information. I have ran into many of those websites and they don't help. There are many student directed sites out there, you just have to keep digging.
